Hello,
First time posting here having joined ID Mobile in the last couple of days, I must say it has not been an ideal start.
- My number port from my original network seems to have failed, the number is showing on my mobile phone correctly to the ID Mobile SIM, the phone says “emergency calls only”
- My online account is not working as expected, attenting to login shows a message that something has failed.
Is there anyone avaiable to help please?
