How do I report a fraudulent ID mobile direct debit on my current account, thanks.

I have taken the steps of contacting Actionfraud and My Bank. I am still required to contact ID mobile to resolve this issue fully

You can contact iD Mobile on facebook (using Messenger) or on Twitter (by DM).

Speak with an iD agent privately on either of these social media platforms.

In addition, you’ll need your ActionFraud reference number when you speak to the iD agent.

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
I hope you manage to get in-touch with iD and resolve the issue.

Yes I managed to get through via Twitter direct message and the case has been forwarded to the fraud team.
