Issue with porting a number over

Hi, I followed all instructions to transfer my old number.  Error with PAC, please see screen shot. Can someone help please.  I have triple check the details and they are all correct!  This process has always been straight forward on all my previous networks. And also i am only on 4G not the 5G i am getting charged for!  Or I will be cancelling my contract because of NO support

Not a good idea to publish your PAC and phone numbers on a public forum like that! Anyone could port your number now and keep it for themselves. 😮

I have flagged your post and hopefully your image gets removed sooner rather than later.

As @WelshPaul suggests I’d recommend keeping the PAC code private and not posting it or other details to a public forum like this!

 

With the iD Mobile port form I’d recommend checking that the transaction number begins with a “4” and try it with your surname in all caps.
