If I want to keep my old number do I put the new ID mobile SIM into my phone before I send my PAC code to ID mobile?

Hi @BethanyJB,

You can give us the PAC code from your old network and once your old SIM card ‘dies’ then you can switch to the iD Mobile SIM card to start using the number on our network.

Am asking for my pac code back they keep given me same code I gave to them when joining
