I’m trying to get my pac code submitted to get my old number in use. But it’s not submitting and saying try again. All details are correct.

Just to confirm, are you trying to receive a PAC code to leave us, or use a PAC code to transfer your phone number to us?

I am having the same issue. I am trying to use my PAC code to transfer my number to iD and keep getting the message to 'try again'.
