PAC code issues

I submitted my PAC code on Friday 2nd October, but my number still hasn't been ported across from O2 over a week later.  I have spoken with 3 people on Live chat and they can see that the PAC code is with you (or with Three actually) and they have said to wait 48 hours and that it will be sorted out.  It is now over a week since I sent the PAC code and I still don’t have my number.  This is completely unacceptable.  I need my number for work - I am self employed and all my marketing material lists my existing number.  I need this sorting out ASAP TODAY

Sorry to hear about the delayed port. It is true that ports should finalise within 48 hours so it sounds as though the porting information may not have been received from the donor network. We will issue you with a PM now so we can offer further support.

i have entered all details on the link to transfer my old number including PAC code but it’s replying saying something is incorrect, help please. As I must keep my existing number
