I submitted my PAC code on Friday 2nd October, but my number still hasn't been ported across from O2 over a week later. I have spoken with 3 people on Live chat and they can see that the PAC code is with you (or with Three actually) and they have said to wait 48 hours and that it will be sorted out. It is now over a week since I sent the PAC code and I still don’t have my number. This is completely unacceptable. I need my number for work - I am self employed and all my marketing material lists my existing number. I need this sorting out ASAP TODAY
