Pac code problem

New customer to ID trying to port my number over using PAC code. Keeps saying that my PAC code or original home number is incorrect. Called previous provider and they have confirmed code is correct. A search on this forum proved no help for a solution and it would appear everyone who tried to do this experiences the same fault and poor to zero customer service 

How can I resolve this issue?

Hi @R8stx,

When submitting your PAC code to us, we’ll need the number that the code belongs to along with the iD Mobile number that we assigned to you if using this form for the submission.

If it still does not go through, please let us know here and we will offer further assistance with that.
