I want to move my old phone number across and from 3 but when I enter the PAC in the form I get an error message
" We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again."
I have attempted this a number of times at different times but still get the same error message.
I have contacted 3 and they say that the PAC is correct.
How do I proceed?
