Surname invalid for online PAC form


Hello,

It seems the invalid surname problem on the online PAC form is still an issue. 

I’m trying to use my PAC to transfer my current number over but keep getting the same message - ‘We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.’

I’m using my transaction number and I’ve tried removing the hyphen from my last name to no avail. I’m not sure if iD mobile has a customer service number? The online chat isn’t very helpful in this case.

Can this issue be solved? Is there another way to do this?

Do you have a hyphenated surname? Try a ‘space’ instead of the hyphen.

The online chat team are available 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends & bank holidays. 

Type “talk to a person” after you’re connected to chat. You can submit a PAC via online chat.

And if @andewhite’s suggestion doesn’t work, I’d recommend speaking to the Facebook or Twitter teams.
