switching my number

Hi,

I've taken out a new contract and want to bring my old number with me  

 

The  PAC isn't working because both the new and old numbers are with ID. How do I do this?

Hi @Alicia266,

Unfortunately PAC codes do not work when used on the same network. You would have needed to upgrade your existing plan to ensure that you keep your old number. Are you able to see if you can upgrade the old number and then look at returning the new purchase?

If not, you would need to cancel the old plan and use the new number from now on or port your old number out to a different network to keep it active.
