Switching to iD but form won't work

I have completed the switching form with my PAC code and all of the other information but every time I submit I get an error message to say some of the information is wrong. All of the information has been checked numerous times and is correct.

Not sure what to do next?

Hey @Paul McShane,

Likely as @andewhite  the issue is the transaction number.

Make sure this begins with 4.

We sent the correct one on your Welcome email titled “Welcome to iD”

Check your spam/junk folders for this.
