Can I get a phone number that I can call to talk to a real person? Or anyone who’s working at ID can contact me please as soon as possible?

I have ordered a sim card from you on the 3rd of January and still haven't received it. Could you please have a look at it? As I wanted to switch before my current provider charges me again..
