Hi, I bought 2 iphone11’s for my kids on plans at the end of november, then although initially told otherwise found we could not transfer thier numbers as they were already with ID mobile on PAYG.

We sent both phones back(with help from carphone warehouse) but I’ve had no notification of receipt or cancellation. How can I speak to someone about this please

Have you tried contacting our Live Chat team? 

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday. 

Once you land on the page above, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.
