Can a real person from ID contact me? I have been charged for a contract I that should've been cancelled

I have upgraded my phone recently which has inadvertently started a new contract. I am now paying for 2 contracts and getting ‘FINAL NOTICE’ letters. I need to speak to a real person at ID; I’ve tried the Live Chat which provided automated replies and having contacted the ID complaints number, I’ve heard nothing back after 2 weeks. I need to resolve this.
