We can't directly help with any cancellations through the iD Community itself, however we can point you in the right direction for where you can get that done easily enough.

If you're emailing, we would need you to answer some security questions to assure us that you're the account holder before we could cancel an account. So please include in the email your Community username here, your full name, your home address, email address (on the account) and your date of birth.
