cancelling during my cooling off peiod

I ordered a sim only deal and unfortunately found out I am still locked in to my current network. I am still within the cooling off period and the sim is still in the card and never been activated. 
what is the process for cancelling?
the live chat never seems to work and I can find no other way to contact you.

The SIM is dispatched already activated @Garry Smig Smith. iD start charging you as soon as the SIM has been dispatched.

This forum is the slowest way of getting support from iD. Use the live chat to cancel within the cooling off period.

Try Facebook or Twitter if you can’t use live chat.
