coming to end of contract, will it automatically renew ? i dont want it too and i also want to keep my number

My contract ends on the 27/1/23 

I don’t want it to auto renew, will it do this ? When it ends I want ti move to a new company but keep my number also. Please can I have some help with this.

If the plan is still connected after 27/1/23 it’ll continue at the rate and allowances it is currently.

 

If you want to move the number to a new provider you’ll be able to do this via PAC code, you can request a PAC code by texting “65075” followed by your date of birth (DDMMYY) with the word “PAC”.
