Contract expires when on Holiday

Hi,

My current 12 contract expires on 10.6.23 when I am on holiday.  Any thoughts how I can get around this so I don't loose reception. Will my contract just continue?  I just want to sign up for a new contract for £12 months at £6 per month 60GB. I cannot upgrade on my application. Please advise. Thanks Ajay

Your services don’t get disconnected because your contract's minimum term is up. You will continue to be billed on a 30 day rolling basis until you give notice of cancellation, port out or upgrade. You cannot upgrade with iD Mobile until you reach the end of your minimum term! 👍

Hi @Ajay Bhatt , as @WelshPaul  has advised, your services won’t cut off. They will continue as normal until you contact us to either cancel or upgrade. I hope you have a lovely holiday!
