Need to cancel, sim not received

Hello, I’ve got a sim only plan and I’ve found out that the sim will take me more than a week to get delivered. I’d like to cancel my plan please.

Don’t cancel the direct debit because you will receive a final bill regardless if you used the service or not.

This link doesn’t work, can you help me cancel this service?
