Why in my last month of my contract do I have to pay an extra £23 on top of my monthly bill, I have already received my last bill without the extra cost, but when I click leave it adds this on! I will never ever go with ID again, I never get any signal!

Is the extra cost only seen on your final termination fee? It’s possible you’re still in your contact period, meaning you still have time left on the contract to pay off.

It is my final bill, I have my cap set at zero, my final bill is for right amount, but when I ask to leave it goes up again!

Hello @Chrissymc,

Is this the figure you’re getting when checking how much it costs to cancel now?

A termination fee is applicable if cancelling the contract agreement before it’s expiration date.

If this is after your contract expiry, you’d only be billed for the line rental from when this remained active.
