Hi, I have an iPhone 7 and when I click on show caller ID, it just shows a spinning wheel. Usually I turn my phone on and off and it goes away, I have tried turning it on and off, soft reset, network reset, closed all apps, enabled Siri etc and nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've received my new SIM it works fine in spare phone I have, Motorola G4, but if I put it in my phone, an LG nexus 4 (yes vintage running android 4.4) I get this message every time it powers on "2549 The terminal cannot be configured remotely, please contact Customer support for further assistance" The nexus 4 phone is working with the iD SIM, I've placed and received calls ok, and receiving texts and data. But on every power on it gets this message. I noted the Motorola on powering up received a configuration update related to services an the network. It could be this is related to it sending updates go older phones making them 'aware' of the iD network, and my venerable nexus 4 is too old to understand these messages. Can anyone from iD technical support please comment on this. Richard

I’ve missed quite a lot of calls recently because my phone hasn’t rung or anything - and my sister tells me that when she tried calling me, my number isn’t recognised! I tested this from my landline, first trying my number with ‘0’ at the front. It told me the number isn’t recognised. So then I tried it with ‘44’ at the beginning instead, and it went straight to ID voice mail. Can you shed any light on why this might be happening and how I fix it, please? Thanks.
A plan change lets you choose a different monthly cost and set of allowances, without changing your handset. An upgrade, on the other hand, gives you the opportunity of changing plan and getting a brand new handset. Continue searching on our Community orSpeak to us on Live Chat.
Why its important: I am unable to receive text messages whilst abroad, especially important confirmation text messages ie from my bank so that I can access my account, or when setting up new apps. Handset/Device: Lenovo K520 Issue Specific: I don’t receive the confirmation codes via text message and am unable to access my apps. Roaming, International and Premium are all switched on and I have unlimited texts on my plan. When?/Where?: I have received texts whilst in the UK, but since using my sim card here in Singapore, I cannot receive any messages. I also cannot send any messages. How can I receive text messages whilst abroad in SIngapore?
I want to know if I’ll be charged extra to text a UK mobile number who’s currently on holiday in Spain. He has data roaming and I do too. But as I am at home in the UK with unlimited texts, can I still text the UK number that’s on holiday in Spain without getting charged extra? BASICALLY, can I text a UK number that’s abroad without getting charged more on top of my bill?
