My direct debit has failed but I can't make a payment as the app is down and now I am getting cut off!!!

Hi, have you tried the automated payment line?

7777 or from a landline (which I don’t think is free) 0333 003 7777

 

Should be able to call it even if restricted?

I’d recommend the above from @co99, however it’s worth noting that the numbers 7777 (from an iD Mobile number) and 0333 003 7777 are free to call.
