Beware of Data theft.

I wanted a dedicated device to use for the internet rather than hotspot from my phone.

I ordered another SIM, and downgraded my phone plan which had 150gb of rollover. 

I could not transfer my number to the new SIM so I continued to use my phone hotspot. For the new billing period I have lost all my rollover data which apparently I should have expected although was never warned about.

 

So much for customer service and  brand loyalty you robin b@#[@=£#!

I’d recommend checking our plan change page with the following statement;

If your plan changes as a part of a plan change or an upgrade, data rollover will reset, this is normal.
