Bundle purchased showing on account no credit on sim

I have purchased a £20 bundle and this shows on my account. But when I try to make a voice call it says no credit available and the data will not connect. I have done all of the usual things like restarting and taking out sim nothing works. The bundle was purchased over 12 hours ago
