I’m on PAYG and recently can’t make outgoing calls unless I am connected to Wi-Fi calling. I just get an automated message saying I am out of calling credit but I have plenty of credit in my account?

I’m sorry to hear this, has your current bundle ran out or expired?
You may need to purchase a new bundle to continue using services.

I don’t use bundles I just top up and use pay as you go and I still have plenty of credits so I’m not sure what is happening?
When was the last time you used the SIM? If there is no chargeable activity for 120 days or more iD Mobile may suspend or terminate the account.

I use my SIM almost every day and it still works for texts or data just not calls at the moment…
