Im being blocked from replying to Asda Mobile. My premium numbers has been switched on, I have credit in my account and I’ve tried turning off the phone for ten minutes.

Actually
It’s iD Mobile’s network partner who decide which codes will and which codes won’t.
There’s a section in iD’s “Call Charges” page where you can check a shortcode.
