Why have I got 3 missed payments on my credit report when I cancelled my contract in August and these are all after then?

It sounds like something’s gone wrong - did you get an email or text message form iD advising you of your disconnection date?

Your “My iD Account” online is available for 6 months after you disconnect - can you still sign-in to your old iD account and check it has been closed?

 

I did get an email saying it would disconnect the following month so I paid in September. My online account says I owe money which makes no sense and only has limited viewing so I can't go onto live chat or access half of my details.

It does sound like iD Mobile have made a mistake @Phoebe Alice.

If you can’t use live chat, I suggest contacting the iD social media customer support team on facebook (using Messenger), or on Twitter (by Direct Message).

They should be able to help you with your old iD account - good luck @Phoebe Alice.

I believe we’ve got this one via Social Media so will respond there regarding your credti file and negative payments.
