Hi, I got a notification today that I've used 100% of the data in my plan but when checking the allowances tab I've still got over a GB remaining. Can you help explain please. I'd like to know if I'm going to actually run out of data or if I've still got enough spare. This also happened at 80% where I think I may have had more than 20% remaining at the time of notification(but unsure as I didn't calculate that)

Do you have any add-ons for data, if so these won’t be included in that notification.
The text is sent once you have used your inclusive data allowance.
However if you don’t have an add-on and the app shows data remaining, please let us know and we can check it out via PM.
