My EE PAC Code to transfer my existing number isn't being accepted to ID. Have tripple checked all info is being entered in correctly. Can someone help?

Hi Miles...I won’t be any help to you at the moment but I’ve just triggered a PAC to move my old Virgin number to ID and will let you know of any issues. I’ve opted for a switch date two weeks away to keep things tidy with my Virgin billing. Perhaps the switch happens more smoothly if more time is allowed. I’ll keep in touch. Good luck.
