How do I go about setting up my daughter on ID mobile, both my husband and I are with ID but I noticed that there are different price options for sim only for us and on the main website page for starting up as a new customer?

If you have a curry's near you I would do it there as believe it or not I got a better priced contract going through curry's than on ID's website

I recently joined ID from Plusnet, after checking the ID website I decided to go into Currys. They had some cheaper options and some more expensive than those online. The option I wanted was in fact £50 more in store but they matched the online price. So as said above, if you can visit a store you may be offered better prices. Also whilst there ask about the referral offer, I believe if you refer a new customer both you and the new customer get up to £30 Currys voucher each.Â

Upgrades are done via the iD account for existing contracts
For any new contracts these are purchased as it’s own connection and would be a new number.
You can do these via Currys/Online
