I’m coming to the end of my first PAYG Sim-Only £20 Value-Bundle (35 days duration) at midnight tonight, and have gone into My Account online, and also into the App, looking to buy a new £20 bundle.
I couldn’t find a way to do so, so I bought £20 of Credit, hoping that I would then be able to see an option to convert that into a new £20 bundle.
Still nothing.
What am I supposed to do now?

Hello
There should be a “My Bundles” option from the sidebar.
Then when buying, you can select to pay with credit or with a card.
You can also opt to make a bundle recurring.
