I cant set up a direct debit,

You can change your direct debit details via your account.
Go to ‘Billing’. On the ‘Manage my Direct Debit’ panel, click ‘Manage my details’
If you have an outstanding balance on the account, please pay that first and try setting up the new direct debit.

Payment should be up to date, I put my account details in to add to direct debit and nothing is happening.Â
I'm trying to do this do I can get access to check if my contract is over and to upgrade.
