 I have an iD Mobile sim without a number (unlimited data), how can I register for the iD Mobile App without an id mobile number?

Put the SIM card in a handset, and call or text a friend or family member, who can give your new iD Mobile number - good luck @Ruta Kangere.

Is your iD SIM activated @Ruta Kangere? 
If you’ve just joined iD Mobile you will receive an active SIM card, which is ready to use. 
If you are pay-as-you-go without a monthly bundle, call 7777 to top-up.

Alternatively, use the online iD live chat, Facebook Messenger, or send a Twitter direct message, for assistance @Ruta Kangere.

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays.
