Incorrect Data

Can someone please explain my data usage? My pevious network was averaging around 12gb a month. I ported in today and it's saying I've used around 5gb in a day.. 

I am nowhere near such high usage..

Welcome to the Community!

You can view your usage via the iD Mobile app and via your handset under data usage.

Under the data usage option via your settings you’ll be able to see what you are using your data on.
