l have paid my bills up to date but can't call out, send texts and l can't use my data.

Hello,

Since 14/03/23. I can't make any calls out, l can't text and use my data internet is not working or even connected.
On 1/03/23, recurring money was deducted for unlimited calls, texts, and unlimited data. 
Kindly resolve the issue as quickly as possible because it affecting my work and daily activities.
