 I am an old person who struggles with modern tech. I have been trying to speak to BOT, sending messages, registering, phone calls, all to no success. All I want to do is pay for a sim card renewal, you would not believe how difficult a thing could be, they do not even recognise their own phone number/

Okay @Michael Ward, try and instruct the bot by typing “talk to a person”, and you should get through to an agent in the support team.

The agents work until 8pm weekdays, and 6pm at weekends.
