I have on month pay as go bill of £8. However, I have be charged £9.97 for month of September 2023. The bill is complete garbage characters the would provide me any insight towards where the extra cost has come from. I have capped by spend £0 so in theory, I should not be allowed to spend any money on any extra that is not already covered in the package.
Why is this happening and why are bill statements in my accounts garbage characters.

There is currently an issue between iOS and PDF bills, until Apple fix this, we’d recommend downloading a PDF viewer or using a non-Apple device to view bills.
Is the extra £1.97 charge marked as anything in your bill?
Are you sure you’re on Pay As You Go or are you on a Pay Monthly contract?
