It sounds like the SIM may be lost.
If you require a replacement you can either collect one for free from a Curry’s store or get back to us here.

Date of dispatch is normally the same date as your ORDER COMPLETE email message from iD.
SIM only orders are sent by Royal Mail (without tracking), and unfortunately sometimes things are lost in transit.
