Hello can someone help my sim has not arrived and it’s been over a week thank you

Okay @Leah Fitch, if you ordered a SIM only plan online, then iD Mobile seem to advise allowing 3-5 working days for delivery, from the date of dispatch.

Date of dispatch is normally the same date as your ORDER COMPLETE email message from iD.

SIM only orders are sent by Royal Mail (without tracking), and unfortunately sometimes things are lost in transit.

It sounds like the SIM may be lost.

If you require a replacement you can either collect one for free from a Curry’s store or get back to us here.
