My SIM seems to have stopped working but I'm still in credit (PAYG) and have been active within time limits?

My ID Mobile PAYG SIM seems to be inactive.

I tried all of the usual things, on/off, airplane mode, cleaning, reinstalling, tried it in other phone etc.

But it still seems to be inactive even though my account shows credit and I have sent a text within 30 days. How do I find out if it has been deactivated, ID account site doesn’t seem to show this?

What happens if you try to call or send a text?

When you log into the iD account, what does this show?
