hi my phone bill was returned from my bank last mo th and my fo e was turned off then i paid on my card an rv this month id didnt collect my bill and my fone is off again

Have you tried using the iD Mobile app/website to set up your direct debit?

 

Should all details there be correct, direct debits should be taken as normal.
