When does the current bundle show as expiring for?
When was it first applied?
Have you been able to use any usage on this bundle previously?

We have restarted the phone as well as moved the Sims card to another phone. It still does not work.
There at over 3.7GB left from 4GB bundle. Some issues in the past, but not to that extent- we had managed to fix them by re writing our address with a space (weird I know)- but this time nothing works. He has been using the bundle for 2 years now I think. It expires mid August, ready to be renewed for another month, and I even added £5 top-up just to be sure there was enough money.

Is the handset showing that there is a SIM inserted?
If you go to network settings and try and manually connect to iD Mobile does that work?
It may be a faulty SIM card which means that you’ll need a replacement. You can visit your local Curry’s store for a replacement SIM card.
