number transfer

Hi,

 

I requested my old number to be swapped over to ID3 today and this hasn’t happened??
all information was sent over including PAC during set up. Why hasn’t this happened. 
 

if this doesn’t happen my old provider will charge me please can we sort this out?

When did you request the number port?

If it was after 5pm on Thursday it should be processed today (30th October).

Let us know if you requested it before this and we can PM you.
