Hi. 

Are PAYG SIMs compatible with a SOYES S10P card phone? I bought this as a spare for my daughter, a very basic phone. The SIM is in place but when I dial, the screen message shows "Dialling" but then ends. My suggestions?

Okay @Julie Anne Mhs, the list of devices approved by iD Mobile for their network is online at:

This is what happens each time I have clicked that link:

"The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Unfortunately, if you’re are signed-in to your iD community account @Julie Anne Mhs, you’ll get this error when you try and visit the main iD Mobile website. 

To avoid this error you can:

  1. Sign-out of your iD community account before going to the main iD website.
  2. Open an incognito or private tab/window in your web browser, then use the iD live chat.

Otherwise, if you don’t mind waiting, somebody from iD will read you post in a day or two.

No! The SOYES S10P is a 2G handset. Three/iD Mobile has no 2G infrastructure.
