Don't waste your time trying to speak to an actual person there always "busy". ID mobile will no longer be getting payments off me I tried to help pay off my bills and ID mobile is an useful as a chocolate teapot so don't dare send me anymore emails or post as I have tried everything and you just don't seem to want my money, have a good day.

As iD Mobile rely on lots of automated systems for handling iD accounts and contract, I suspect not paying will just result in their automated systems deciding to pass any unpaid bill(s) to a debt collection agency 🙁

If you don't pay your bills you will speak to a human alot quicker than you think while they assess what variables you have to pay the debt off

Yes, but it won’t be an iD Mobile employee, it will be a debt collection agency chasing a payment. By which point, your credit rating will be shot - good luck getting any credit if that happens.
