sim card cancelled (duplicate)

I ordered 2 different SIM cards this morning, literally 5 minutes apart, 1 has been processed and the other I received an email saying it was processed at 9:53 then another email at 9:54 saying cancelled-duplicate with a reference number. I went in to the chat and the agent said it was declined, without a reason! I’m really baffled as I have now got 2 contracts with IDM but declined the last 1 I ordered!  Confused 🫤

As the orders were made completely separately you may have failed a credit or security check in this case, I’m sorry to hear this, we’d recommend around 60 days after your recent purchase before trying again.
