I have received sim with one year contract but need to cancel this tryed getting onto live chat
with no luck at all in getting onto it. It lets me know that I have 14 days to cancel and is now only three days but still can not get any help to stop this contract what can I do

I think you can also return your iD Mobile purchase to any Currys store, within 14 days of purchasing - take your proof of purchase with you.

Thank you just I am a 76 year old man and can not get around so do you know if I would be able to phone currys if they would be able to see to it. It’s just I can not seem to get onto idmobile them self
