Sim hasn't arrived and no dispatch email

I was given the option to port my old number to my ID mobile sim card, so I did.

Now my old sim card, which was gif gaff says ‘No service’, this tells my that my number has already been ported to ID mobile, but I am yet to receive it.

I can’t even access my ID Mobile account online, as when I enter my Mobile, Last name and Year of birth, it shows me the error ‘Something wasn't quite right. Really need my phone for work.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your port.

Have you received the iD Mobile SIM card? What number is showing for calls and texts?

If your port hasn’t completed on the port date, you’ll need to wait for it to port before trying to register.
