I would like to upgrade my sim only deal..but I've seen it with a £45 Amazon voucher advertised..but not on the IDMobile app?

It sounds like the promotion you are referring to is one provided by GiftCloud for new iD Mobile customers.
Unfortunately this isn’t available directly with iD Mobile and you can view all the eligible upgrade offers via the app or your account.
